Toda Stage 2 Upgrade Package for Honda K20 - Civic Type R FD2 & FN2 and Accord Euro R CL7 ;)

Toda A2 Camshaft (below) - Great for street and track with good power on low and mid without sacrificing power on the top.

Toda Valve Spring (below) - The need for increased performance has lead TODA RACING to design a single progressive coil spring to replace the STD double valve springs. As well as allowing valve lifts of up to 13.0mm, the material and the coil springs natural frequency have all been optimized.
-Can be used up to 13.0mm of lift.

Toda Heavy Duty Chain Tensioner - A replacement for the STD oil pressure fed chain auto tensioner its weak point being the compensator. Designed to prevent damage to the valve train when an engine brakes in a STD engine. But not designed for high lift cams and or hard run engine's chains can become slack and noise.

S90 Racing Throttle Body

The S90-Racing Throttle Body is the Breathing Point of your engine.

With a Larger Oversized Throttle Body, you can supply as much Air as the Intake Manifold demands. Whether you have a set of Aftermarket Cams, Supercharger, Nitrous or Turbo, Oversize Throttle Bodies will deliver More Horsepower!

Oversize Throttle Bodies work well with Fuel and Air Upgrades. Use of a High Flow Air Intake is required, as the opening is larger than the Stock Intake Piping. Match Porting your Intake Manifold will help Maximum the Larger Throttle Body Diameter.

Most companies simply bore out the stock throttle body and change the Butterfly. But Not S90-Racing! S90-Racing Throttle Bodies are made from CNC Billet Aluminum AL6061 and are a direct replacement for the OEM Cast Throttle Body.

A Special Billet Throttle Blade & Shaft made from AL7075-T6 is included to increase Full Throttle Response and Acceleration, especially installed at Force Induction engine. AL7075 material can stand for highest boost pressure to 3 Bar we tested , Both side of the shaft was comprise of Branded Ball Bearing to put out the best respond. You will need to reuse your stock Map Sensor and TPS. These can be reused from your stock throttle body. We have our own Design & never copy from any other’s Manufacturer.

Super 90 (S90) Racing Throttle Bodies:

· Precision CNC-machined from aerospace grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
· Throttle shaft & blade assembly are constructed from aerospace grade 7075-T6 for superb strength and durability.

Each kit comes with gasket, bolt on screws and also features adjusting screw for fine-tuning idling points based on O.E spec. About YCP SOHC High Comp Pistons - These are P29 Domed High Compression pistons for all motor setups. These semi forged pistons will be alot more reliable and better performing than the stock piston & NPR Pistons.

- YCP pistons are T-6 heat treated to be able to withstand much higher heat

Spoon Sports Magnetic Drain Bolt Set

These magnetic drain plugs will extend the life of your engine and gearbox. It helps to keep excess metal particles that are created from normal engine and transmission wear from floating freely in your fluids. It is designed to attract and hold metal particles to help prevent them from causing excess wear that reduces engine and gearbox life. It's easy to install. Simply remove your stock drain plug and install the Spoon Sports magnetic drain plugs. At your next oil change and gearbox fluid change simply wipe the metal particles off the magnetic plugs and reinstall them in your engine. Works every time!

Alutec Strut Bars

Alutec strut bars help enhance vehicle stability & handling capability. Available in aerospace grade aluminum & carbon fiber for selected models. Aluminum series are constructed from grade 6061 (main tower bar) aerospace aluminum with the strut bar mountings using grade 7005 aerospace aluminum – supplied mainly by Alcoa USA, the same company supplying to Boeing for construction of aeroplanes! Alutec breaks tradition by manufacturing an entire strut bar piece from aerospace aluminum, even the strut mounts. Most other brands use cheaper metals such as steel for strut mounts to keep manufacturing costs low. As Alutec’s parent company is a major global raw aluminum materials supplier, Alutec is able to manufacture all its strut bars entirely using aerospace aluminum, yet priced them competitively against brands made from inferior materials. This unique construction is hardly adopted in the market today and has 2 main advantages – Aerospace aluminum has superior tensile strength (Alutec strut bar tensile strength are certified between 29.5kg/mm2 to 42kg/mm2 ) & it’s also super lightweight. All Alutec strut bars come anodized & CNC-machined and weigh just 1.5kg (with the exception of special edition models)!! Unlike other brands, Alutec under braces are constructed from aerospace grade aluminum, with similar properties as Alutec’s signature strut bar series. Aerospace aluminum has superb tensile strength yet they’re super lightweight – you’ll be surprised at how feather light an entire under brace set will feel in your hands! Alutec breaks the tradition by manufacturing under braces in aerospace aluminum as the raw materials are usually higher compared to normal metals such as steel.
